These were forums to facilitate feedback and planning sessions where all staffs contributed on ways to better the management of the programs being implemented by NIGEE. The team also had the opportunity to share their field experiences and also come up with new initiatives to enhance our innovative fundraising efforts.

NIGEE also managed to organize a staff planning retreat at Rusinga Blue Ridge resort for two days were the staff had the opportunity to brainstorm on the coming year 2018 and how to better the operations. This planning retreat also acted as a team building session were the staff engaged in various sports to help nurture team work amongst them.
